Delete Your Homeschool Nexus Account

Homeschool Nexus users can request deletion of their account and associated data. Requests are manually reviewed; submitting one does not immediately delete your account or homeschool records.

How to request account deletion

Sign in to your Homeschool Nexus parent or teacher account.
Go to Settings → Account.
Select Request account deletion and complete the confirmation step.

If you cannot sign in, contact Homeschool Nexus support for help regaining access before submitting the deletion request from your account.

What deletion may include

When an approved request is processed, deletion may include your account and profile information and associated homeschool data, including Child profiles, educational records, assignments, notes, messages, uploaded files or photos, schedules, and other user-created content associated with the account, as applicable.

Data that may be retained

Limited information may be retained only when required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, transaction, or regulatory purposes, and only for as long as those requirements apply. Homeschool Nexus does not control third-party records, including payment-provider records, which are handled under the applicable provider's own policies.
